‘Kalegondu Kathe’ Rashtrotsava Enthralls RVK–Arkavathy with Cultural Splendour Bengaluru, December 20: The ‘Kalegondu Kathe’ Rashtrotsava was celebrated with remarkable grandeur at the Arkavathy campus of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, transforming the venue into a mesmerising spectacle of India’s vibrant folk and cultural heritage. From dusk till midnight, the campus resonated with an enchanting blend of rhythm, fragrance, and illumination, evoking the splendour of Indra’s celestial city, Amaravati. The occasion was graced by several eminent dignitaries, including BJP National Spokesperson Shri Shehzad Poonawalla, General Secretary of Rashtrotthana Parishat Shri N. Dinesh Hegde, Chief Administrative Officer of RVK Group of Schools Shri Maheshwaraiah, School Principal Smt. Manjula, along with other distinguished guests. Departing from a conventional address, Shri Shehzad Poonawalla engaged the students in an insightful and interactive dialogue. He emphasised that meaningful service to the nation is possible only when individuals rise above divisions of caste and religion and embrace the unifying identity of being Indians. He asserted that national progress can be achieved only when the younger generation becomes torchbearers of India’s rich cultural legacy rather than succumbing to blind Western influence. Highlighting the relevance of the National Education Policy (NEP), he explained that it has been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of 21st-century Gen-Z learners through a holistic and future-ready approach. He urged institutions to adopt this comprehensive educational framework. Stressing the importance of intellectual growth, he encouraged students to cultivate a strong reading habit and underscored that schools must impart values and cultural ethos (Samskara) alongside academic excellence. Commending the vision, mission, and dedicated efforts of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra, Shri Poonawalla inspired students to actively participate in the noble mission of national upliftment (Rashtrotthana). The event stood as a powerful confluence of culture, values, and national consciousness, leaving a lasting impression on all who witnessed it. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ ಥಣಿಸಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ:- 19.12.2025 ಹಾಗೂ 20.12.2025 ರಂದು 'ಕಲೆಗೊಂದು ಕಥೆ' ಎಂಬ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸಕ್ತ ಸಾಲಿನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಬಹಳ ವಿಜೃಂಭಣೆಯಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ದೀಪ ಪ್ರಜ್ವಲನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಅರವತ್ತರ ಸಂಭ್ರಮದ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ 60 ಕಲೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಲೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಇರುವ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಎರಡನೆಯ ದಿನದಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ವಕ್ತಾರರಾಗಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಶೆಹಜಾದ್ ಪೂನಾವಾಲಾ ಜೀ ಅವರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಗತರಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದು ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂದರ್ಶನ ಸಂವಾದದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ, "ತಾವು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದ ಕಾರಣ, ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತಾ, ತಮ್ಮ ಬಾಲ್ಯ ಜೀವನದ ಕ್ಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಜಾತಿ ಧರ್ಮಗಳ ಭೇದವನ್ನು ತೊರೆದು, ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಭಾರತೀಯರು ಎಂಬ ಭಾವ ಮೂಡಿದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ದೇಶಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಏನನ್ನಾದರೂ ಮಾಡಲಿಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ನವ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಯವರು ಪಾಶ್ಚಾತ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ದಾಸರಾಗದೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯ ವಾಹಕರಾದಾಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಏಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ, 21ನೆಯ ಶತಮಾನದ ಜೆನ್ ಜಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಹೊಸ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ತನ್ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮಗ್ರ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ನಂತರ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಓದುವ ಹವ್ಯಾಸ ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕಾರವನ್ನೂ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಧ್ಯೇಯ, ಕಾರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶಂಸಿಸಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ ಉತ್ಥಾನದ ಕಾಯಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕರೆ ನೀಡಿದರು" ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಜೀ ಅವರು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನದ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನಾಡಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಸಿ ಬಿ ಎಸ್ ಇ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಮಹೇಶ್ವರಯ್ಯ ಗುರೂಜಿ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಸಿ ಬಿ ಎಸ್ ಇ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರೂ ಆಗಿರುವ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಮಂಜುಳಾ ದೀದಿ, ಸಂಯೋಜಕರು, ಪೋಷಕರು, ಮಕ್ಕಳು, ಬೋಧಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೋಧಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಶಾಂತಿಮಂತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಸಂಪನ್ನಗೊಂಡಿತು.
