(2) He is easily distracted by everything (3) He didn't prepare anything fun to entertain an audience and (4) Ross made the mistake of letting his previous guests Hall-of-Fame football legend, Walter Payton, and comedian Joy Behar stay on the panel when Tom came out to talk. Comedian/Talk Show Host, ROSS SHAFER, has earned (6) TV Emmys as a talk and game show host. What qualifies a comedian to talk about business? As a young boy, Ross watched his father buy and sell used boats, cars, and airplanes. His dad often bought vehicles that didn't run - fixed them - and resold them for a profit. Seeing his dad succeed gave Ross the confidence to start small...flipping bicycles, skateboards, and water skis. Next, he took a chance and flipped a delapidated house at 19 (he paid $600 for his first house). More followed. After college, Ross bought and sold almost two dozen companies from the bankruptcy courts. Talent Agent, ALLISON DALVIT started her career as a reporter/photographer at KCEN-TV in Waco, Texas where her first big story was covering the 51-Day Branch Davidian/FBI standoff. Allison also had a career as a television producer for ABC World News Tonight, Good Morning America, E! Entertainment, Inside Edition, CBS Game Changers, FOX, The Travel Channel, The Weather Channel, food network, HGTV, and as a behind the scenes producer for AMC's dramatic series "Into the Badlands." As a corporate producer she has worked for Adobe, United, FedEx, Centura Health, Cigna, Comcast, KPMG, Wells Fargo, DEX, and Charles Schwab.
