Welcome to Hikeaholics! Chay, Nutty Nanny and Lee here. Today, we are off on our second Hiking Trail for Hikeaholics on YouTube. We will be completing the Boudicca Way Trail, a 36 Mile hike. We start from Norwich Railway Station and over 3 days we end up at Diss Railway Station. A long distance hiking trail that roughly follows the old Roman ‘Pye Road’ ( A140 ). It’s a mostly flat hike through farmland and quiet lanes, whilst passing through quaint South Norfolk villages. Historic sites along the way such as Venta Icenorum are worth a visit. There’s farm animals and wildlife along the way, so always be alert. DAY THREE The third leg is from the car park at Tyrrel’s Wood car park, near Pulham Market to Diss Railway Station. There’s no step by step guide to this trail as it is well marked and easy to follow. But a mobile phone with relevant apps or a paper map is always advisable. Postcode at Tyrrel’s Wood car park: IP21 4XU Postcode at Diss Railway Station: IP22 4HN Hiking Distance: 11 Miles (18 Km) Hiking Duration: 3 Hours and 40 Minutes Hiking Speed: 3.0 MPH
