Botox - The midline muscles of the forehead are paralyzed using botox which then overactivates the side muscles of the forehead thus, lifting the eyebrows at the corners appearing to have an arch. This is a non-surgical procedure using very few units of Botox solution. 2. Endoscopic Brow Lift - A tiny cut in the hairline, passing a small lighted scope which lifts the corners of the eyebrows that are then stitched into the scalp with fine sutures. Direct Brow Lift - Pre-procedure markings are done on the face of the patient in standing position to decide the angle of the eyebrow and how much lifting is to be done. A thorough consideration of the distance between the eyebrow and the forehead hairline and the distance between the lower eyebrow and the upper eyelid is made for a symmetrical facial profile.
