Albus Dumbledore is creating an advanced Hogwarts class for Defense Against the Dark Arts. To prepare for teaching, he retreats to the restricted section of the library and retrieves his old leather-bound journals on the subject. The journals contain some secret information regarding Invisible Aether, Arithmancy of fluid dynamics, the magic of the vortex, and other discoveries. (Fun Fact: It is from these very journals that Dumbledore perfected his expert skills in water and wave control.) As many have learned from the wizarding world, balancing work and play is very important in optimizing brain performance. Therefore, Dumbledore uses his preferred Pomodoro method: 25 minutes of diligent and intense focus, followed by a 5 minute break of entertaining and refreshing circumstance -- say, a walk in the forbidden forest, a cup of butter beer, or perhaps a conversation with a nearby thestral.
