Ok, so, you can adopt a daughter with Wyll in the epilogue if you choose the Grand Duke path, and that includes Origin romances!! And, while adopting a daughter isn't exclusive to Origin romances or Astarion, Wyll also has unique greetings and dialog for them, which you can see a little bit of here! Wyll and Astarion's dialog in the epilogue is so cute honestly, I love their lighthearted banter/teasing so much...
