Trains at University, XCL - 12/7/19

Welcome to the latest episode of Big Trip! Today I am at University located on the Cross City Line where services are seen by West Midlands Railway (brand of West Midlands Trains) and CrossCountry. University was a good station except for the fact it had a massive amount of flange with trains coming and going. The station itself had a very good amount of variety and sharp curves going all around the actual station. There were a few extra stoppers here as CrossCountry stop here hourly as do faster West Midlands Railway services. The station is nearest to Birmingham University (hence the name) and is a busy station because of this, taking in many more passengers than originally anticipated on opening. I personally enjoyed the visit here, it has a good variety of stoppers and some decent passing stuff too, albeit rather slowly. Definitely recommended though, it is enjoyable.
