If you recalled, Obito scooped out some Tailed Beast Juice from Madara’s bucket and gave it to Naruto, who had the consciousnesses of all nine of the Tailed Beasts in him, essentially becoming the answer to Madara’s Ten-Tails Jinchuriki. All Nine Beasts inside of him, Naruto gained Six Paths Sage Mode and was able to keep up with Madara, and even, with the help of Sasuke, defeat Kaguya Otsutsuki. Naruto’s connection to the Tailed Beasts is sweet. But this what-if actually tackles another question as well in “What if Hashirama Kept all Nine Beasts?” If you recall, Hashirama Senju, after his epic battle with Madara, apparently discovered that Wood Release was super effective against Tailed Beasts, and as such, decided it would be a wonderful idea to collect the others as if filling out the Konoha Region Pokedex. Normally, he would sell them off under Tobirama’s decision in hopes of keeping the world from going to war.
