Generally, people make mistakes in Sukhasana due to which they feel numbness in their legs or back pain in Sukhasana. In this video, I will demonstrate the right way to do the Sukhasana pose or Easy Pose for beginners. The proper way to do Sukhasana or Easy Pose will help you to protect your lower back while doing a cross-legged seating posture. Learn how to sit in cross legged or Sukhasana for longer period. The posture is best suited to practice meditation and pranayama and also to perform exercises for the neck, shoulder and eyes.
