Hi, my name is Sandra Rolus and I am a transformational coach & healer based in Sedona, Arizona Thanks for joining me in this guided exercise based on the teachings of Louise Hay and Don Miguel Ruiz. Mirror work or Mirror Play, can be very confronting at first. It reveals your most basic fear and your most terrible self-judgments. But if you keep looking in the mirror, you will begin to see through those judgments and see who you really are. From a very young age, you learn that everyone's opinions are important, and you live according to those opinions. A simple opinion from someone can program you for life and impact the way you feel about yourself... Perhaps you were told "You look ugly. You are wrong. You are stupid." Opinions have a lot of power. That is why we all need to hear that we are good, that we are doing well, that we are beautiful ♡   Most people are trained from a young age by the opinions of others... and over the course of time they got manipulated by those opinions, almost brain washed. That is why we as humans seek recognition from other people; we need emotional support from other people; we have the need to be accepted by the outside world, by other people. The problem is the program, the information we have stored in our mind. This guided exercise will help you to de-program and tap into the source of Self Love. I will guide you through a set of loving affirmations... and the one piece of equipment you need during this video is a mirror. Any mirror will do. Make sure you give it a good polish before you begin. You are about to meet the most important person in your life.
