The effects of post-RPLND retrograde ejaculation in men with testicular cancer

Patients in a survey conducted during the PREPARE trial (ACTRN12622000537752) reported that the benefits associated with not having testicular cancer overcame the effects of retrograde ejaculation. However, overall satisfaction depended on age, sexual needs and resulting fertility. More communication is needed with patients to discuss their needs and whether retrograde ejaculation affects them. This interview took place at the Australian and New Zealand Urogenital and Prostate (ANZUP) Cancer Trials Group annual scientific meeting in Melbourne, Australia.
