In a deeply disturbing case from Madhya Pradesh’s Guna district, an 8-year-old girl was brutally raped and murdered by her own father. The child’s body was found floating in a well on Saturday, three days after she was reported missing on 11th september. After the girl’s body was found, police handed it over to her family after the post-mortem. The police arrested the accused, her father, after the last rites on Sunday.
