Resurrecting the Luhr Jensen Diamond King | Custom Trolling Spoon Rebuild

🎣 In this video, we resurrect a long-discontinued trolling spoon—the Luhr Jensen Diamond King. This spoon was originally made before 2010 and discontinued when Browning acquired Luhr Jensen. Fast forward to today, and one of our customers needed a batch of these spoons in silver/blue, silver/red, gold/blue, and gold/red. He couldn’t find them anywhere online, so he came to us. This was a meaningful job. The customer used to fish these spoons with his dad, and wanted to bring them back for his own use. Since the original blanks are no longer available, we had to improvise to recreate the diamond feature—and what we came up with was pretty creative. We used all our skills on this build: Custom “bodywork” to replicate the diamond Careful finish work to avoid scratches during hardware install Full rigging with split rings and hooks Color matching and layout across four variants The results were strong, and the process was rewarding.
