Police Body cam Video 2017 - Springfield Police Officer Incident Leads To COP Being ARRESTED - SHOCKING!!! This disturbing incident happened at 02-28-2017 in Springfield, Illinois. The Springfield police have released this footage from a body cam video, that shows how things got out of hand very fast. Eventually, the city cop in this footage was arrested on misconduct charges. Police activity, recorded by a police bodycam video, shows an officer, allegedly named Samuel Rosario, verbally argues with a suspect teenager (19 years old) at the scene. The officer then shoved the teenager and assaulted him, and started beating the teenager. The police officer, as seen in the footage, repeatedly and very aggressively punched the teenager. leading to the two exchanging insults, in one of them the officer said “ go back to Mexico” to the teenager. Recently police violence and police shootings in 2017, seems to be on the rise, and we the people have to do something about it. The officer was later on arrested. Viewer discretion advised.
