Filler injection behind the "line of ligaments" can be used to lift the face, improve jawline definition, reduce jowls, and soften nasolabial folds. In summary, I injected Restylane Lyft into the posterior temple behind the line of ligaments to lift the mid and lower face. I then injected Restylane Contour to the anterior temple to soften temporal hollowing and raise the eyebrows. Finally, I treated the lower face lines and folds using Restylane Defyne.
