It was an era where everything was selling so artists and writers were rushing out ideas without always pausing to check the logic. That's the case with The Puppeteer by Fox Features Syndicate and artist Alvin Hollingsworth. This is a superhero whose name changed, he never had any real supporting characters, or a love interest, or interesting enemies. What he did have was weird powers, a talking bird, and a name that made no sense at all.
