Mt. Greylock to Congdon Shelter, 20.0 miles. Hiked down Greylock in the rain and cold. Made it to town around 9:15am to find trail magic in coolers! Stopped by Lauri’s house for grilled cheese and tomato soup and to dry our socks. Less than 600 miles to Katahdin, 1600 total miles, crossed into Vermont! Kept pushing and met up with Nickels, Cadence, Hunter, and Nada for pierogis! Slow last push to the shelter—packed with people and tents! — 🤩 We love our members!
