CHILDREN MORNING WORSHIP - Oktober 26, 2020 💫 JOURNEY TO GOD’S PROMISE LAND 💫 Guidance for My Daily Life 🌸 🌸 🌸 🗓️[OCTOBER 26] ”AT MOUNT HOR”💦 ╔══🌼🌸🌼═══╗ 🙏 Memory verse : Numbers 20 : 23 NIV ╚═══🌼🌸🌼══╝ 📖 ”At Mount Hor, near the border of Edom, the LORD said to Moses and Aaron.”📜 📝 💧The journey of the Israelites now is turning towards north leaving the Red Sea. 🏝After departing from Kadesh, descending towards the south, and turning up again to the north, and then all Israelites came to Mount Hor – Numbers 20:22. 💧At least two important events happened in this place. ​🏝The first significant event was that in this place God revealed to Moses and Aaron, that this was the end of Aaron’s struggles and journey – Numbers 20:24. 💧Again, God declared that Aaron would not enter the land that God had promised for the Israelites. 🏝God said, “because both of you rebelled against my command at the waters of Meribah.” – Numbers 20:24b NIV. ​💧Moses and Aaron were not allowed by God to enter the land of Canaan, God’s promised land, because of the mistakes they had committed near the spring of Meribah. 🏝They shoul have spoken to the rock to get water for the people to drink, but Moses hit the rock. 💧That is the mistake that is considered the sin of disobedience to God. ​🏝God forgave Moses and Aaron for their mistake. 💧However, as a result of that mistake, Moses and Aaron had to accept the consequences, namely not entering the land of Canaan. 🏝Moses and Aaron did not enter God’s promised land in this world, but God’s merciful love made them worthy in God’s kingdom. *💧*The same merciful love of God will also be ours, even if we have made mistakes. 🏝Let us give thanks for all the mercy of God in our lives🙏🌺 GOD BLESS US🙏🧑🏻👧🏻
