This chakra is located at the back of the navel. It helps with the distribution of the pranic energy from the root chakra to the other parts of the body. It also has the power to transmit lower energies into spiritual energies. At a physical level, controls and energizes the kidneys and adrenal glands.💛🌈🙏 🌠⭐ To receive it, all you need to do is press play and let the energy flow. The music is separated from the energy. Even muted, you continue to receive.☀️ You can do other things during the session, or you can just close your eyes and relax.  It's normal to feel tingling, heat, cold or other sensations. Or not to feel anything.
