Living Capacity：2 pax Size：400 sqft Location：Kennedy Town 堅尼地城 Designer：Kason Chung, Jack Chui @1sec.left Video by：@blaskroom_hk Website：https://www.1secleft.com/ Instagram：@1sec.left 這是第二次跟戶主合作，同一幢大廈，同一個室內格局，慶幸因為有餘裕的空間，讓我們展現不同的演繹方式，破格地構建出有如精品酒店的居住氛圍。 這是戶主在這幢大廈的第二個單位，因此讓我們可以捨棄傳統兩房一廳設計，將原有間隔推倒重來，把睡床設於居室的中央位置，並以儲物櫃間劃出玄關空間，為居室營造空間感和流暢度。居室兩側眺望海景和山景，因此特別用作悠閒的pantry區和衣帽間。我們又重整原有廚房和廁所，結合成可供二人同時使用的三分離浴室，務求在有限的空間之中，將精緻感推到極致。 在室內設計時，我們經常追求舒適度和精緻感，然而除了主流的空間規劃之外，勇敢地追隨自己的喜好與生活習慣，才是精緻生活的起點。 This marks our second collaboration with the homeowners, transforming an identical unit with the same building, yet we have crafted a refined boutique-hotel inspired living environment for them. As the second apartments in the same building, we have the flexibility to deviate from the traditional two-bedroom layout. The bed was centrally positioned, while a cabinet is used to define the entrance area, enhancing the spatial openness. Leveraging the stunning sea and mountain views, a pantry and a walk-in closet were strategically placed on the two sides. The original kitchen and bathroom were reconfigured into a sophisticated three-zone bathroom, accommodating simultaneous use. In interior design, we often strive for comfort and sophistication. However, embracing personal preferences, rather than adhering to the conventional settings, is the true sense of exquisite living experience.
