This video demonstrates the skin for AlexB - MPeQ (Nebula library) Moog Music MKPE is a rare device - a famous analog synth developer's EQ. Designed in the '70 era, this rare 2-unit rack is a clean parametric equalizer and it is revered even today for its performance and quality, especially on electric bass, synth bass, electric guitars, synthesizers and voice. The line amp has a drive knob that gives harmonic saturation up to 10dB, and the bell filters allow it to cut and boost to over 20dB. Use this, and feel pleasure. In a mix, if I have two sounds that are encroaching on each other's space, a surefire way to create distinction and space is to put one or both of the signals through this Moog parametric EQ, notching the sounds out differently. The variable Q is super potent but never harsh. The ultimate mixing desk would have one of these on every channel.
