Part 2 of 2. Webinar on the 2011 Updated Public and Indian Housing Enterprise Income Verification (PIH-EIV) System 9.2.1. This training provides Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) with a comprehensive understanding of the Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) system and how to use EIV to streamline the income verification process and reduce administrative errors and improper payments within HUD rental housing assistance programs. This training also provides guidance for effective use of the various EIV system functions to reduce improper payments within the Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs; and how to address and effectively correct program deficiencies to ensure limited federal dollars serve as many eligible families as possible in the PHA's community.
