In this video, join me as I take on a massive 7KG Ayam Betutu Goreng Challenge at Babaghanoush in Bali, where this restaurant is known for its bold Middle Eastern and Balinese flavours. This gigantic platter was specially crafted by Chef Bjorn Shen, and it was absolutely loaded with flavour. For this challenge, I had their crispy and juicy fried chicken, plump roasted oysters which had a unique twist with sago on top and buttery roasted clams bursting with umami. There were also tiger prawns and balinese-styled kimchi, where everything was served on top of a huge mountain of rice. Thank you once again to Chef Bjorn Shen for having me over!
