How to use visualisation in sport. Visualisation techniques. -- Listen to the full podcast episode here: https://sportscoachingskills.com/ep003 Charlie Unwin is a sports psychologist and performance coach. After leaving the Army and competing for his Country in Modern Pentathlon, Charlie helped Lizzie Yarnold win double Olympic gold medals in the Skeleton - a sport which only allows competitors to train for 5 minutes per day due to the stress it places on the body. He’s now working with the Great Britain teams in several sports, including Equestrian and the Premier League helping mentor coaches at several Premier soccer clubs.
