I'm preparing some Miyeok Guk (seaweed soup) that I'll freeze so I can have it when I'll be breastfeeding. Miyeok-guk is a seaweed soup traditionally consumed by Korean women after giving birth. Miyeok (sea mustard) is rich in calcium and iodine, nutrients that in the Korean culture are believed to be important for pregnant and nursing mothers.
