The new Bethania Bridge, connecting the districts of SJL and El Agustino, has been inaugurated.

The Mayor of Lima, Rafael López Aliaga, inaugurated the Bethania pedestrian bridge, which connects the districts of San Juan de Lurigancho and El Agustino, facilitating traffic for residents. During the ceremony, he highlighted the importance of improving road infrastructure and announced new projects for the capital. This project, announced by the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima through the Municipal Company for the Support of Strategic Projects (EMAPE), will require an investment of S/10 million and have a completion period of 150 calendar days. The new infrastructure, designed as a 60-meter-long and 4.7-meter-wide metal arch bridge, will be located over the Rímac River, connecting the Malecón Checa (SJL) and Malecón de la Amistad (El Agustino) avenues.
