Guard Shelton Henderson was one of a number of phenomenal freshmen in the ACC during the 2025-26 season. Henderson was the one recruit who followed coach Jai Lucas as he left Duke to take the head coaching job at Miami. He scored 13.7 points, grabbed 4.8 rebounds, dished out 2.0 assists, and had 1.1 steals per game as a freshman.
