Asheron's Call Lore: WHAT are the Thrungus?

Asheron's Call was released in 1999 and discontinued in 2017. The game's lore still remains one of the richest, most detailed expanded universes I've seen in modern times. It completely departs from well established fantasy tropes, creating it's own vast universe of creatures and concepts never before seen in a fantasy setting. This time around we look at the thrungus; a myconid race of bipedal mushroom creatures. The thrungus were added in the 2005 expansion, Throne of Destiny, with the addition of Viamontians, Sanamar and the Halaetian Islands. ---------------- Please do not hesitate to like or comment on this video if you enjoyed it.
