Today, I am in Berlin Friedrichshagen and what can I say: I am on a really beautiful walking tour in my favorite Berlin district and one of the best neighborhoods in Berlin! I am walking along the Müggelseedamm in Friedrichshagen, enjoying the evening sun and the golden buildings around the Müggelsee. Join me! Friedrichshagen is located in East Berlin in the Treptow-Köpenick district and is absolutely beautiful. The center of Friedrichshagen is Bölschestraße, which represents two centuries of building history. The street, known for its shopping opportunities and diverse restaurants, has been able to retain its character - on the one hand a lifeline and on the other a promenade - through renovation measures. The Müggelseedamm, which I walk today, runs in a west-east direction and was created around 1873 as Seestraße from a historical postal route parallel to the northern shore of Lake Müggelsee.
