Indian Government allotted a large portion of land for refugee camp and one of that is Bylakuppe. It’s the second largest Tibetan refugee camp in India, after Dharamsala. Bylakuppe is only 4.5 hours’ drive from Bangalore. I was lucky enough to witness the Galden Namchot festival at Sera Monastery complex.
