Building Bolas

In this video I show the step by step process I use to make a set of bolas. This is just one style of many variations. At the end of the video I demonstrate how to use the bola I made. Bolas are a widespread type of primitive hunting tool. They use weighted lines to entangle and stun the target game. Bolas can be seen in a range of popular media including batman movies/ cartoons. A more realistic portrayal can be seen in "Romancing the Stone" when a child uses one to catch a human target early in the movie.
