We travelled from London to Paris for three carefully planned days, with a clear intention — to attend IMCAS and to experience Paris in a way that balances work, culture, and inspiration. IMCAS is one of the most important global congresses in aesthetic and regenerative medicine. It brings together doctors, aesthetic practitioners, researchers, and leading brands from around the world to discuss innovation, skin longevity, and evidence-based treatments. Over the course of the congress, we explored new technologies, advanced devices, and emerging protocols, with a strong focus on skin quality, regeneration, PRP, exosomes, and long-term treatment strategies rather than quick fixes. Day One — Arrival, Paris at Night & Bistrot Julien After arriving in Paris and settling in, we headed out for an evening walk — the best way to reconnect with the city. Paris at night always feels softer, slower, and effortlessly elegant. For dinner, we visited Bistrot Julien, a classic Parisian brasserie known for its beautiful interiors and timeless atmosphere. After a short wait, we were seated and enjoyed great wine, comforting food, and long conversations — the perfect start to our Paris stay. 📍 Restaurant link: https://www.bouillon-julien.com/ Day Two — Art, Haute Couture & a Late Dinner Our second day was dedicated to culture and inspiration. We visited the Musée Rodin, spending time both inside the museum and in its gardens. The space feels calm and grounding — a quiet pause between busy congress days. Later, we explored the Dior Haute Couture Exhibition. Seeing Haute Couture up close is always a reminder of craftsmanship, precision, and patience — values that translate beautifully into aesthetic medicine and skin work. In the evening, we had dinner at Pedra Alta, known for its generous portions, relaxed atmosphere, and excellent seafood. A long dinner, good wine, and the kind of conversations that only happen after full days of learning and walking through Paris. 📍 Restaurant link: https://www.pedraalta.pt/ Musee Rodin : https://www.musee-rodin.fr/en 👗 Outfit details: white dress Eli https://www.victoriabeckham.com/produ... Day Three — IMCAS Insights & Reflections Our final day was fully focused on IMCAS — revisiting key sessions, connecting with colleagues, and reflecting on what we’re bringing back to our clinic and our clients. The key takeaway from these three days was clear: the future of aesthetics is thoughtful, regenerative, and focused on skin health, longevity, and personalised care. Closing Thoughts Three days in Paris — intense, inspiring, and beautifully balanced between science and culture. From IMCAS to museums, couture, and long dinners, this trip reminded us why learning, travel, and perspective are essential parts of growth. More insights, treatments, and behind-the-scenes moments coming very soon.
