A WHOLE WEEK in My Natural Hair Routine | Moisturize & Stretch Type 4 Hair No Heat

How to moisturize and stretch type 4 hair using no heat to prevent shrinkage, knotting, and breakage. One of the best ways to prevent single strand knots, shrinkage, and long detangling sessions is to stretch your hair. You all know I love shrinkage, but I’ve found that the easiest way to retain length is to stretch type 4 hair without the use of heat. I think we can all agree that moisturizing natural hair is important, but how often throughout the week should it be done? On average I moisturize my hair twice throughout week. My goal this week was to do a length check without adding heat, so I took the banding approach to stretch my hair.
