Rachelle Robinett talks about her approach to better digestion as an herbalist, and provides a recipe for a DIY digestion-boosting, gut-soothing tincture. #digestion #guthealth #herbalism To get notified about new video uploads, subscribe to Well+Good's channel: / wellandgood DIY Herbal Bitters Tincture Recipe Ingredients: Vodka (~1 quart’s worth) Large mason jar Dried orange peel (dry in oven at low temp until crispy) Cinnamon sticks Anise Cloves Ginger Black pepper Fresh ginger, chopped Directions: 1. Add all dry elements to a large mason jar 2. Fill to the top with vodka 3. Let the mixture sit for 4-6 weeks, shaking the jar often 4. After 4-6 weeks, strain the liquid, then add back to your mason jar or a dropper bottle 5. The serving size is flexible: about 1/2 tsp or a splash.
