#Eibach Pro Kit E10-27-008-02-22 lowering springs applied to 2023 Dodge Charger Widebody Scatpack to achieve a nice stance. See my driving impressions below. #charger #dodgecharger #stance #loweredcars #drivingtest *************** ECONOMY mode: The car is suspended on a progressive rate spring, therefore in eco mode it is very much like stock. The ride is comfortable, yet lower. There is no bouncing or jarring. SPORT mode: The car tends to be more track oriented, with added road feel and additional bounce, though slight, you can feel the difference. TRACK mode: Very similar to sport in the feel, with a tough more firmness felt. Cornering is difficult to assess without getting out on a track, but on street driving, cornering does feel flatter and more confidence inspiring. Body roll: Nothing that I can feel. Street driving quickly around corners and curves feels solid and flat. Body squat under hard acceleration: None to speak of. Of course there is some, but not enough to feel with any significance. In sport or track mode, the shocks are stiffer and resist the squat or dive under braking. The progressive nature of the spring kicks in under hard braking or hard acceleration keeping the car flatter as it accelerates. I have no issues with speed bumps or driveway approaches, have not scraped the front end or underbody. The rear is 1.4 inches lower than stock, and the front is 1 inch lower. This is not dramatic and allows the car to be street driven without worry about scraping the front end. There is no tire rubbing front or rear. Front tires move through their entire range of steering motion without rubbing, and remember, these are 305 wide tires. The suspension shop owner that installed the springs recommended Eibach Pro Kit springs for this very reason - the car would look better, perform better, yet remain comfortable to drive on the street. I have no regrets installing the springs. The car to me is more fun to drive, and I look forward to driving more than I did before, which is saying a lot, because I REALLY enjoyed driving the car before the Eibach's were installed. It is now as close to a good track car as I can create at this price point, a true street legal race car in my estimation. I'm comparing it to my C7 Corvette Z07 Stingray, which was lowered on coil overs, had an Edelbrock blower installed, and was track driven at Willow Springs Raceway. This car is more fun than the Corvette, as it is a true muscle car with the added enjoyment of track type racecar. For an American muscle car, it can't be beat in my opinion. Camaro and Mustang drivers will take exception, as they should, and if I had a Camarro, I'd be talking it up as well. I've had a Mustang GT 5.0, and the Dodge is very different. All the cars in this price range and category are great cars. Leave your questions below if you have them, and I'll try to answer as many as possible. Thank you for watching and reading my analysis.
