In todays video I explore the Moorpool Estate in Harborne, Birmingham, United Kingdom. Built as a social housing experiment in 1907 it is now said to be one of the most unspoilt examples of a garden village in the United Kingdom. I did feel as if I was stepping back in time. Only 2 miles from Birmingham City centre is a million miles away from what you might expect from such a large city. The houses were originally built to house working class people and bring them away from the smog and the disease in the city, ,it is now one of the most expensive and desirable places to live in Birmingham.
