In the early evening of March 22, Whitehall police responded swiftly to two 911 calls reporting an unresponsive person behind the wheel of a running car. Officers arrived on the scene in under two minutes and discovered a child in the vehicle alongside the driver. The investigation revealed that the driver, Daesharay Warren, was under the influence.
