20 - FrankenSTEin Vinyl Wrap/Covering - Part 2

Welcome to another video .. A rather long one sorry! Part 2 of the frankenSTEin (Raspberry pi in an Atari ST case) Vinyl Wrap series. Top part of the case has already been wrapped in the black carbon vinyl .. Here is the bottom part of the case. It took over 2 hours to complete just the base wrap, due to the fiddly parts of the case not taking the vinyl unless heated until the point of obliteration! :( It is not the best looking vinyl wrap in the world, but its only for my use and it is the first time that I have ever tried to do it. If I ever do this again for anyone else, I will make sure the following is done: 1. Proper clean and dust free area to work in 2. Piece together multiple sections of vinyl instead of trying to do it all in one sheet 3. Don't rush to complete it The alternative I have been thinking about for another case, and future video, is to hydro-dip instead of wrap. I still have plenty of vinyl left so I may have another go at wrapping something with more straight lines ... Maybe my Picade??? Thats for another video, way in the future! Any hoo...
