Speaker: Dr. Namrata Nunkoo, MBBS MRCP MRCGP, Dip Derm, Dip Nutrition, has been a dedicated General Practitioner in Cambridgeshire since 2017. She completed her medical degree at Durham and Newcastle Universities in 2010. Dr. Nunkoo integrates her medical and naturopathic nutrition expertise with her meditation practice. Her holistic approach supports individuals in their health journey, bringing together conventional medicine and holistic wellbeing. Speaker: Sarah FitzGerald is a Cambridge-based interior designer and educator. Her spiritual journey began in 2009 while teaching in South East Asia, where she discovered Raja Yoga with the Brahma Kumaris in Cambodia. She now volunteers as a Programme Coordinator at the Cambridge Brahma Kumaris centre, exploring inner transformation as the “real interior design.”
