Chris Banaga | "College Drop"

I did my best to fix it... but yo download VideoTube, that ish works!* I had a lot of goals for myself when I choreographed this, but the main one, as always, was to be different. I wanted the energy to be different, I wanted presentation to be different, and I wanted the overall approach to be different. That's what made it challenging but well worth the struggle. I chose to highlight different dancers because I felt as the piece progressed it's as if I was in a huge freestyle circle and different dancers came out to say different things. Almost like a hood version of high school musical hahaha. Anyways, I was born and raised in San Diego and I owe a lot of my beginning stages of dancing to this community, and I was incredibly blessed to get this group of amazingly talented people to get down with me. I've looked up to some of these people before I even started dancing and even when I was first getting into it (I used to take Sy's beginning classes, like wth!) and I truly appreciate each and everyone of them for being so down for this. With the limited time we had I wasn't worried about getting details perfect because I knew this group is talented enough to carry the choreography and still make it look dope!
