A review of the Evo15 Solar PIR light from thesolarcentre.co.uk The Evo15 is a simple but effective solar powered PIR light. The light includes a battery pack consisting of three 750mAh rechargeable Ni-MH batteries. These are trickle charged by the 0.6W solar panel which includes a 4.8 meter lead for optimal positioning. When the light senses movement, it will automatically turn on for 25 seconds. Essentially it's like a typical security or PIR flood light, except that it uses LEDs and has a battery pack charged by solar instead of requiring professional wiring into your homes AC circuit.
