Preparation Time- 10 minutes Cooking Time - 35-40 Minutes Ingredients 1 lb stew beef, cut in 2-inch cubes 1 Big onion 5 Clove Fresh Garlic 2 inches Fresh Ginger Combine onion, ginger, and garlic and put in a blender make a paste. Marination- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 2 tbsp garam masala 1/2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice Half of the ginger, garlic, and onion paste. Marinate for 10 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. For Gravy or sauce- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp garam masala 1/2 tsp salt or to taste 3-4 bay leaf (optional) 2 Big wine tomatoes or 3 Roma tomatoes(make the paste in the blender) Rest of the ginger, garlic, and onion paste. 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro. Preparation- Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large saucepan( or cast iron) over high heat. Add marinated beef and reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15-20 minutes keep stir every 3-4 minutes you can add little water if beef looks so dry. Add all the spices and rest of the ginger, garlic and onion paste cook for 3-4 minutes, add tomatoes paste cook for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups of water and bring to boil, now cook for 15-20 minutes in medium heat or until beef is cook, but keep checking every 4-5 minutes. You can add more water if you need to. Garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve with Naan Bread, Rice or if you are grain free you can serve with quinoa. Feel free to ask any question you have. Thank you.
