Easy to bake! 📝Ingredients ✤ Butter Cookie Unsalted Butter 150g White Sugar 50g Egg 1 pcs 50g Cake Flour 200g Milk Powder 60g ✤Egg Tart Filling Egg Yolk 1pcs Milk 50g Sugar 10g 🔹 350F Middle Rack ~22 mins till color golden brown ✔️ Tips ✤ Please check setting and open “CC” subtitles in your languages for more tips. ✤ Use cultured butter will provide a better taste for your cookie. ✤If you are in a hurry, you can cut butter into small cubes and microwave every other 5 seconds till softened enough. ✤While beating the butter, scrape the mixture down from the sides of the bowl to make sure the butter are evenly whisked. ✤Creaming butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy before then adding the eggs and flour. ✤Add egg in 2~3 portions.
