But a Reverse Vault can also be used for removing momentum, while still moving forwards or even down from or over an obstacle. Ever little bit counts... 1) Approach object 2) Place one hand on the edge of the obstacle with wrist facing up and palm on the object 3) Place second hand flat (or wrapped in case of a rail) on object (this will be your posting hand 4) Pop up and place weight onto hand from 5) Spin over the object with feet together.
