I spend so much time on this Vlogmas so I'd be so happy if you subscribed to this channel, liked the videos and shared them with your friends. ♡ Saffron Buns Recipe: 50 g Yeast 175 g Vegan Butter 1,5 g Saffron 2 dl Sugar 5 dl Vegan Milk 1/2 tsp Salt Around 15 dl Flour Crumble the yeast into a bowl. Melt the butter. Ground the saffron with a bit of the sugar. Stir down the saffron mixture with the butter. Add vegan milk into the butter mixture and make sure it’s 37° C. If not let cool or heat on the stove. Add a bit of the butter-milk mixture into the yeast and stir. When there’s no clumps left add the left of the butter-milk mixture. Add almost all of the flour and knead the dough for 5-10 minutes. Let sit under a cloth for 30-45 minutes. Knead the dough with the rest of the flour (if needed) on a floured counter. Form into buns and but on a plate with baking paper. Let sit under a cloth for 30-45 minutes. Put the oven to 225° C. Brush some melted butter on the buns and add two raisins in each side before you but them into the oven for 8-10 minutes.
