BOQ for Rate analysis - Providing, fabricating & fixing in position reinforcement steel for RCC works for bar of various diameters and grade of steel at all levels conforming to IS specification including transporting from yard, de coiling, straightening, cutting, bending, hoisting, fabricating, and placing in position according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with  MS annealed binding wire of double fold of 18 gauge  and providing PVC  cover blocks, for placing the reinforcements in position and for maintaining the cover specified and/or according  to relevant IS including dewatering wherever necessary. The rate shall include cost of binding wire and spacers bars which will not be measured separately for payment etc complete all as per design, specifications and drawings, with all lead & lift for all materials & labour and as directed, at all heights & locations. The amount for the chairs shall be paid extra as per the actual , quantities measured & approved by the client representative. Only approved lap length as per the drawings shall be measured for payment. Welding is allowed for the lapping & is to be followed as per IS 2751 and IS9417. Infosys & TRC approved steel brands include SAIL, TATA & JSW makes. Base rate of Steel 55000 per MT.
