Josh is also a Virginia State Technical Rescue Instructor, Virginia Task Force 2 Structural Collapse Instructor, Certified Level 1 and Level 2 Heavy Rigger as well as a Certified Heavy Rigging Gear Inspector. BCTN is owned and operated by Jeff Hakola with a number of instructors located around the United States.
