Higienização das mãos 1 - Abra a torneira e molhe as mãos, evitando encostar na pia. 2 - Aplique na palma da mão quantidade suficiente de sabonete líquido para cobrir todas as superfícies das mãos (seguir a quantidade recomendada pelo fabricante). 3 - Ensaboe as palmas das mãos, friccionando-as entre si. 4 - Esfregue a palma da mão direita contra o dorso da mão esquerda (e vice-versa) entrelaçando os dedos. 5 - Entrelace os dedos e friccione os espaços interdigitais. 6 - Esfregue o dorso dos dedos de uma mão com a palma da mão oposta (e vice-versa), segurando os dedos, com movimento de vai-e-vem. 7 - Esfregue o polegar direito, com o auxílio da palma da mão esquerda (e vice- versa), utilizando movimento circular. 8 - Friccione as polpas digitais e unhas da mão esquerda contra a palma da mão direita, fechada em concha (e vice- versa), fazendo movimento circular. 9 - Esfregue o punho esquerdo, com o auxílio da palma da mão direita (e vice- versa), utilizando movimento circular. 10 - Enxágue as mãos, retirando os resíduos de sabonete. Evite contato direto das mãos ensaboadas com a torneira. 11 - Seque as mãos com papel-toalha descartável, iniciando pelas mãos e seguindo pelos punhos.(ANVISA) __________________________________________________________________________________________________ Hand-washing 1 - Turn on the tap and wet your hands, avoiding touching the sink. 2 - Apply sufficient amount of liquid soap to the palm to cover all surfaces of the hands (follow the amount recommended by the manufacturer). 3 - Lather your palms by rubbing them together. 4 - Rub the palm of the right hand against the back of the left hand (and vice versa) interlacing the fingers. 5 - Interlace the fingers and rub the interdigital spaces. 6 - Rub the backs of the fingers of one hand with the opposite palm (and vice versa), holding fingers with back and forth motion. 7 - Rub the right thumb with the help of the left palm (and vice versa) using circular motion. 8 - Rub the left hand digital pulps and nails against the right palm, cupped (and vice versa), making a circular motion. 9 - Rub the left wrist with the aid of the right palm (and vice versa) using a circular motion. 10 - Rinse hands, removing soap residue. Avoid direct contact with Soapy hands with the tap. 11 - Dry your hands with disposable paper towels, starting with the hands and following by the fists.
