How To: Modify your Small Clone to sound like the ORIGINAL Vintage Small Clone

In this video we are going to take a Small Clone reissue and modify it to sound like an original vintage Small Clone. This is a fairly simply mod that anyone with a little soldering experience can do to their Small Clone. With prices well over $500 for an original, I highly recommend this mod! The most notable instances of the original pedal can be heard on Nirvana's "Come As You Are" and the verse as well as solo for "Smells Like Teen Spirit". Although, I'm 99% sure the Small Clone used on the recordings for Nevermind had the Reticon SAD 1024 chip, they are almost impossible to find. This mod should get you pretty much identical to the vintage pedals. Here's the parts you'll need.
