Subscribe Our Channel For More Videos:    / @yumrecipes   Servings - 6 INGREDIENTS Digestive biscuits - 200 grams Desiccated coconut - 80 grams Melted butter - 100 milliliters Condensed milk - 80 grams Water - 400 milliliters White chocolate - 110 grams Butter - 100 grams Desiccated coconut - 1 tablespoon Lemon zest - 2 teaspoons Sour cream - 80 grams Condensed milk - 180 grams Lemon juice - 60 milliliters Lemon zest - 2 teaspoons PREPARATION 1. In a blender, add 200 grams digestive biscuits, 80 grams desiccated coconut and blend it well. 2. Transfer this into a bowl, add 100 milliliters melted butter, 80 grams condensed milk and mix it well. 3. Transfer this into a dish cover with butter paper and spread it evenly. 4. Freeze for 15 - 20 minutes. 5. Take a deep pan, add 400 milliliters water, place a bowl on top of it. 6. Add 100 grams white chocolate, 100 grams butter and mix it well until the chocolate is melted. 7. Remove it from heat and keep aside. 8. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut, 2 teaspoons lemon zest and mix it well. Keep aside. 9. In a mixing bowl, add 80 grams sour cream, 180 grams condensed milk, 60 milliliters lemon juice, 2 teaspoons lemon zest and mix it well. 10. Add the melted chocolate and mix it well. 11. Pour this over the biscuit base and spread it evenly. 12. Garnish with prepared coconut & lemon zest mixture. 13. Freeze for 2 - 3 hours. 14. Remove it from freezer and cut it into slices. 15. Serve.
